As part of the Broken Hill community
we are actively involved in several committees and organisations and we give to a wide variety of schools, groups and clubs every year. We want to support our community and appreciate our customers’ efforts and their willingness to participate in community events and raise funds for;
- Raising money for the development of young individuals in sport or education;
- Local school projects;
- Fund raising efforts in other community groups;
- or raising money for charitable organisations.
While we always wish we could do more, we operate within a budget and have established a set of guidelines over the years and hope you respect our policies:
- We give preference to current Globe customers
- We do not donate or sponsor for-profit organisations
- We do not give to third-party donation seekers or professional fundraisers
Landcare Broken Hill
We’re very passionate
about the Landcare Broken Hill organisation.
The annual membership is $10 and this will support the number of projects that they are and will work on, aimed at greening our city, setting up community gardens etc.
