Freshen up the entry into each room

Have a look at your architraves (door frames) – they may look a little worse for wear.  Freshen them up in a couple of hours:

• sand back chipped timber & fill in some dents – if you want to (character is good – a home should show how it’s been loved).
• Apply No More Gaps around the top, sides and inside the door frame.
• Apply 2 coats of gloss white oiled based enamel paint.  You could use ‘Builder’s White’.  It’s a half unit of black tint per litre of white gloss paint.  It removes the starkness out of the white.

The transformation is amazing!

Now… if you have some paint leftover, or loved the idea of seeing such a great change, keep going!  Do the skirting boards too.

Freshen up outdoor furniture

Buy some outdoor stain for furniture revival – spray, brush or roll on.  Add a pot with succulents to the table and some replacement cushions.

Paint wall tiles

Do you have some wall tiles that look dated?  Update the look of wall tiles in your kitchen or bathroom.  Clean and then paint with the White Knight Tile & Laminate Primer.  White Knight® Tile & Laminate Primer can be used on interior ceramic wall tiles – including the wall tiles in your shower recess, laminate and melamine. Then apply your preferred paint colour over the top.
