Succulents & Cacti

Plants like hanging succulents and cacti are among the trendiest plants at the moment, that not only enhance the aesthetics of your space but are also easy to care for.

They are drought resistant and require very less maintenance.  The indoor succulent thrives in the garden and indoor spaces with just some watering.

Whether you choose cacti or succulent plants, both plants have remarkable water-holding properties. They are well-suited for dry climates. They have good drainage and grow easily. With high sun and heat resistance, they can be grown outside and can easily withstand prolonged heat exposure.

Indoor Plants

Low light indoor plants are the perfect solution for homes that have limited natural light or darker corners.  To bring a touch of greenery to your home and also help purify the air by filtering out toxins and improving indoor air quality.  These plants are known to create a calming and soothing ambiance, making them perfect for bedrooms, and offices.

Trailing and climbing indoor plants bring a sense of liveliness and natural charm to any room, whether you place them on shelves, hang them in baskets, or train them to climb up a trellis.

Indoor palms come in various sizes and shapes, ranging from compact tabletop varieties to tall and majestic, large floor-standing ones. These plants are known for their lush green leaves and their ability to create a tropical ambiance in any room.

Flowering Seedlings

Flowering seedlings, whether purchased in punnets or as larger plants in small pots, are an excellent way to refresh your garden or begin a new one. With a seasonal selection available, you’ll find the perfect seedlings to suit any garden style.

Lavender

Lavender is a hardy perennial shrub prized for its strong, distinctive fragrance and attractive purple flowers. Its aromatic oils and dried flowers are widely used in aromatherapy for calming and stress reduction, as well as in cosmetics, home fragrance and even cooking.  There are many species of lavender, including the classic English, French and Italian, as well as dwarf sizes and varieties with pink or cream flowers.

Lavenders are highly versatile, great in garden beds and as borders or hedges. Growing lavender in pots and containers also works very well.  For healthy lavender, growing conditions are important. Choose a position with full sun and minimal moisture. Lavenders do well in many different soils, they dislike moisture, so add organic matter to heavy or clay soils to improve drainage.

Flowering

Whatever your favourite flowering plant, we’ve something to suit you. Flowering bushes, bulbs, seedlings, flowering vines, small flowering plants, indoor & outdoor plants, in lots of colours and for a wide range of soils and suitable for our hot desert / semi-arid climate.

Cottage

Create garden beds and patio pots full of colour, full of scent, and full of butterflies and bees! These plants will give you seasonal blooms and a pretty cottage garden effect.

Cottage gardens are beloved for their colorful mix of flowers, flowing textures, and a cozy, even a little bit wild feel. In Australia, cottage gardens can thrive with carefully chosen plants that suit our climate while capturing the traditional cottage charm. Ideal for plant lovers who enjoy a bit of informality, Australian cottage gardens are all about colour, layered planting, and lots of variety.

Roses

Roses are classic cottage garden plants, known for their exquisite blooms, variety, and fragrance.  Roses come in many types, including hybrid tea roses, climbing roses, and standard roses. They offer a range of colours and fragrances, with blooms that can vary in size, form, and petal count.  Many varieties are also repeat-blooming, providing colour throughout the growing season.  Roses are also suprisingly resilient and though, just make sure they are planted in a spot with adequate sun.

Roses are incredibly versatile, ideal for borders, climbing up trellises and walls, creating stunning flowering groundcovers, or serving as standalone shrubs.  They’re perfect for bringing a romantic charm to cottage gardens and pair beautifully with lavender and daisies.  Topiary roses are also popular for adding structure and framing focal areas.

Grasses

Grasses are not just for your common lawn. The range of grass plants on the market is so huge, you’re bound to find some to suit your garden style.  Add grass plants to contrast the other trees and flowering plants in your garden. Whether you want to accentuate a path or avenue or fill low maintenance garden bed, there is a grass plant for every space.

Does your garden need a splash of colour? Grasses can help here too.  We have grass plants in reds, blues, oranges, yellows, and greens.  We also have flowering grasses that produce clusters of vibrant colour atop tall flower spikes. We have dwarf grasses and tall grasses, fine, fluffy grasses, and broad, strappy tropical-looking grasses! The choices are endless.

Perenials

Perennials are characterised by their ability to live and bloom for more than two years. They may die back each year or not, but the plant lives on to flower year after year.  This is unlike annuals and biennials that complete their lifecycle within one or two growing seasons respectively.

Drought Tolerant

Drought-resistant and water-efficient garden plants that thrive in low rainfall, well-draining soil, and occasional neglectful watering.  Some require full sun, others grow well in the shade, some need minimal water, while others prefer rainfall but can tolerate brief dry spells.  While the plants are young and establishing, for at least the first three months after planting, water regularly to help them form roots and new shoots.

Grevillea

Grevilleas are always popular – we have a wide range from low growing ground covers, small shrubs and hedges, to tall trees. Beautiful flowers, often throughout the year, offer nectar that birds love.  Most are tough and resilient, frost tolerant once mature, good drainage will help. They are also generally drought tolerant but flower better with regular watering.

Hedging

Hedges are shrubs and trees planted at intervals in order to form a complete blockout, whereas screens usually have a little bit of transparency amongst the foliage. A screen is often made up of trees or individual plants that allow dappled light to break through. They will prevent large gusts of wind but don’t completely block it out and are often less manicured than a hedge.

Hedges come in all sizes from small, box hedging to large hedges on acreage. Hedges are often highly manicured and will block out wind, some even blocking noise!

Our hedge plants and screening trees come in a wide variety of textures, colours and sizes. From flowering to non-flowering, tiny foliage to large, broad leaves, you’ll find what you need!
